New Jersey Shore Heating Up

The Jersey Shore is starting to heat up as long time sideliners are jumping into the shore with both feet.
“We started looking in 2005,” Ms. Schappelle said. “We stayed on the sidelines watching the crazy market and taking time to do our research.”
Ms. Schappelle said it was the right time for them to jump into the market. “Interest rates are low, prices are low, and we were ready to make a move,” she said. “Prices may go down more, but interest rates could go up.”
Real Estate in Atlantic City is seeing new interest as major Hotel projects and developments are in the works.
